Where we ship
We ship to the United States and selected international destinations.

Processing
Every order is prepared and carefully packed by our fulfilment partner in Seoul, South Korea, usually within 3–5 business days.

Delivery options (United States)
Priority Insured Delivery (default): about 8–12 business days from your order. Free on US orders of $89 and over, otherwise $9.95.

Duties and taxes
Import duties for US orders are included. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery. For orders outside the United States, local import taxes may be charged on delivery.

Tracking and insurance
Every parcel is insured and tracked. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace it or refund you in full. Please see our refund policy for details.
