Shipping
- Every order is carefully packed by our fulfilment partner in Seoul, South Korea, and sent directly to you.
- Priority Insured Delivery (default): delivered in about 8–12 business days from your order. Free on US orders of $89 and over, otherwise $9.95.
- Import duties are included for US orders. Nothing extra to pay on delivery.
- Every order is insured and tracked, and you'll receive your tracking number by email once it ships.
- We also ship to selected international destinations. Outside the United States, local import taxes may be charged on delivery.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns of skincare products that have been opened or used.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please email us at hello@atelierhanok.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. Once the carrier confirms a parcel is lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
